It is called “Nordic House” Kringle for a reason. This is our own special recipe using all natural ingredients and no preservatives. Actually everything we bake is made that way. It is world class and is one of our “known for” you can’t get this anywhere else items. Many of our customers have tried to duplicate it at home and they are master bakers. We gladly provide samples at events because one bite and you will want a whole loaf to take home. Best of all it keeps well even without preservatives. The powdered sugar topping adds just a trace of sweetness. The rest is all moist almond to die and gone to Valhalla for taste. We love and can’t help but smile as we watch people take their first bite of it. That look says it all.
